VOLBEAT, STUCK MOJO: Amsterdam Performances To Be Webcast This Thursday
October 6, 2008Online concert channel Fabchannel.com will air an exclusive live video webcast of VOLBEAT's sold-out concert at the legendary Paradiso in Amsterdam, Holland on Thursday, October 9 beginning at 19.30 GMT. Fans from all over the world can tune in for free to watch the Danish metal rock 'n' rollers perform at www.fabchannel.com/volbeat. The support set from the Atlanta-based "rap-metal" band STUCK MOJO will also be shown live at 18.45 (GMT) before the main event. A few days after the live webcast, the entire recording will be added to Fabchannel's online video archive where fans will be able to watch the show on demand.
Fabchannel streams weekly webcasts and records concerts at the Paradiso and Melkweg in Amsterdam and is home to the most extensive concert video archive on the web. Less than a month after its release, "Guitar Gangsters & Cadillac Blood", the third studio album from VOLBEAT, was certifield gold in Denmark for sales in excess of 20,000 copies. The CD entered the Danish chart at No. 1, and was beaten only by METALLICA's "Death Magnetic" in its second week of release.

The CD was recorded at Hansen Studios in Ribe, Denmark with producer Jacob Hansen, who also worked with the group on its previous two records.
